Robert Doisneau is a reknown photogapher of parisian life since the WW2, at the eve of his long career he was commissioned by RENAULT the french carmaker to do footage on the daily process and life faround the facilities

this book is a pamphlet edited by HAZAN in Paris circa 1988, inside photos of Renault’s factories and cars dating back to 1940 in black and white, the specificity of the exhibition pamphlet (here ablove) that was held at La Grande Halle de la Villette in northern Paris is the red metal coverbox screwed like a carbody and painted in red lacquer with the famous printed losange logo of the brand
